Tuning Latin America Project: Social and Educational Innovation, on the issue of competence is given the final results obtained in the Tuning Latin America Project (2004-2007). At first working group developed a list of Generic Competences through consensus, which were validated questionnaires for academics, students, graduates and employers in Latin America. After working groups discussed each topic area and were able to define the list of Specific Competences in the areas of Business, Architecture, Law, Education, Nursing, Physics, Geology, History, Civil Engineering, Mathematics, Medicine and Chemistry. Similarly, it is consulted academics, students, graduates and / or employers in each area.
